Presented by Rockville Fish and Game Club in support of Friends of Connecticut Sportsmen (FOCS). This event raises funds to support our friends at FOCS and the work they do to protect the interests of sportsmen in CT. A portion of the proceeds will also support the Rockville Fish & Game SEES fund, used to fund special events and educational programs for members, youth and our community.

Alligator Andouille Sausage Pizza: Topped with a blend of mozzarella and smoked gouda, garnished with red onion, fresh herbs, and a light drizzle of chili oil to enhance the flavors.
Salad
Pheasant bruschetta with roasted tomatoes, basil and balsamic.
Pasta
Venison Arrabiata Sauce with three cheese ravioli.
Main Course
Roasted Beef Sirloin: Served with lobster mashed potatoes and a medley of
summer vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes).
Dessert
Berry Peach Shortcake: Layers of fluffy shortcake filled with fresh berries and peaches,
topped with a light whipped cream.
